Hi, I’m Christine Kindon, a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional and founder of Tower HR Services, which I set up back in 2019. I love working with small and growing businesses – especially those just starting out with their first hire. It can feel overwhelming at first (How do I pay them? What paperwork do I need? What rules should I have in place?) – but that’s where Tower HR comes in. Supporting you through the minefield of employment legislation and keeping you compliant.

Mel is the founder of Kinsella HR Solutions Limited launched in January 2023 a HR Consultancy based in Carlisle, Cumbria with the capability of working across the UK. She then went on to launch Kinsella Business Solutions CIC, in July 2024. A Community Interest Company (CIC), the organisation focuses on social objectives alongside its business goals. Mel has assembled an exceptional team that specialises in four key areas: HR, Leadership Development, Marketing, and Recruitment.

Industries she has worked with include civil service, local authorities, schools, charities, voluntary organisations, IT, creative arts and manufacturing.

Having run a childcare business for a number of years, I know how important it is to keep on top of my finances, making sure everything is organised and up-to-date.  Relying on a standard spreadsheet was fine, but when my friend introduced me to Xero, I never looked back.

Qualifying as a Xero certified bookkeeper was a natural step and I began doing the books for a few local businesses.  Demand for my bookkeeping services has quickly increased and I now focus entirely on this.
